Mentoring Service

Our programmes are about putting people back in control of their own futures, working with mentors who care and want to make a difference. We give young people the help they need and deserve to move forward into employment.

We assign a mentor to work with candidates on a one-to-one basis, helping them to:

  • Identify and overcome barriers to work
  • Address confidence issues
  • Identify and develop their skills
  • Locate relevant job opportunities
  • Produce an effective CV
  • Understand interview techniques (incl. mock interview practice)
  • Advice and tips on specific applications

We can also refer candidates on to other services for help and advice on specific issues.
